Rofebuild is a family run business that has over 85 years combined experience in the building industry. 3 generations of building experience has been passed down in the Rofe family over the years. Currently Rofebuild is run by 3 Directors, Toby, Shane, and Billy. 

Rofebuild is structured so that 2 major projects are run at one time, with Shane and Billy taking a project separately. Each director begins coordinating the project from the design phase, right through to completion. We are an on the tool's builder/director, which provides the client confidence in knowing that their project is being carefully run, allowing for efficiencies on site, resulting in a cost-effective outcome. 

Rofebuild works together with a team of carpenters/apprentices, sub-contractors and suppliers that have been selected due to their quality of service, punctuality, politeness and efficiency. We feel that a team that works well together, creates a working environment that everyone feels comfortable to be around, resulting in a high-quality result. We also strive to use local trades to the Southern Highlands, which ultimately contributes to the community.
