This project seamlessly merges Australian heritage with contemporary Scandinavian design designed by Shane and Amanda Rofe. A restored 19th-century cottage sits at the front of the property, while a sleek, light-filled rear addition—designed by Rofe Build—opens onto half an acre of established gardens in the heart of Bowral. The material palette includes galvanised metal roofing, tessellated tiles, European Oak timber flooring, terrazzo-style polished concrete, Tasmanian Oak rafters and cladding, and hydronic heating throughout.
